Lucky Bat Cafe & Pizzeria

This Nightcliff restaurant has a pleasant vibe, great food, fantastic coffee, and friendly service. They have excellent vegan/vegetarian options, and their cake cabinet is definitely hard to walk past, and it is even harder to pick one. They also offer delicious pizza from 4:30 pm till late for $20 every Wednesday & before 6 pm every other day. Order a pizza and pair it with a drink; the atmosphere is lovely.

Eva’s Botanic Gardens Cafe

Enjoy food made from local ingredients while taking in the beautiful view in the cool shade of the giant trees. Sounds dreamy, right? The toasted sandwiches, which come in generous servings, are divine. Their excellent coffee and yummy freshly baked blueberry muffins are a must-try. If you are into high tea, this is the setting, and their menu is simply delicious. What more could you want?

Corner Cafè is a fan favourite, and it’s hard to fault their doughnut collection. They pride themselves on preparing each doughnut. So, if you know a thing or two about doughnuts, these are your people. Head over to this spot for lazy brunches and lowkey coffee dates. Their Oinker toasties are steller. Add some hot chocolate (made with real chocolate) or a cuppa, and you are good to go. They have a delicious collection of gluten-free doughnuts that will bring you back for more. Whenever you are in Howard Springs, stop by, you will love it! Or, add this stop to your next Litchfield National Park visit and joy these delicious delights with the gorgeous backdrop of a waterfall…

Rays Patisserie and Cafe

Come to this hidden gem for the best cold brew and some yummy, specially-made toasties. This easy-breezy artisan patisserie is located in a sheltered courtyard. Pop in for a brunch date; the atmosphere is perfect. The highlight is their amazing food and consistently good coffee; epic shakes will make your day! They also have a brother venue, Darlings Darwin, behind their shop that offers hearty dinners!

Locals suggestion: Come more than once to enjoy their menu. Some dishes will surprise you.

This funky, locally-owned and operated cafe is a place for the 80s memorabilia lover looking for indulgence. The service here is exceptional, and each visit makes for a relaxing cafe experience. Their fantastic Fig’ n’ Bananas is a great find, and their range of vegan bread and cakes are the reason you will keep coming back. Their coffee and gluten-free options make it great for all your mates. The atmosphere allows for great conversations as well as a plethora of board game options to indulge in with your crew.
